Mike Sloff joined SinterFire in January 2014 as Vice President of Operations. Since then, he has been promoted to his current role as COO of SinterFire. In addition to being involved in all operational phases of the business, Mike also leads all new product development activities for SinterFire.

Prior to joining SinterFire, Mike served as the Director of Global Conventional Operations for Metaldyne, an automotive supply company. In this role, he was responsible for three facilities, two in PA and one in Brazil, as well as provided technical support for operations in Suzhou, China. In the 4 years he held this role, sales increased 79%, while EBITDA increased by 227%. He has over 27 years of lean manufacturing experience.

Mike lives in St. Marys, PA, along with his wife Kim and three kids, Rachel, Nick and Christian. In his free time, he coaches his children’s youth sports teams.
